1. Introduction

Welcome to MedicLIFE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MedicLIFE application and services ("Service") operated by Eletiser Ltd, trading as MedicLIFE ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14113218).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MedicLIFE is a personal administration assistant designed for UK healthcare professionals. Our Service includes:

• Expense tracking and tax relief calculation
• P87 form generation for HMRC tax relief claims
• Document storage and management
• Reminder and scheduling features
• CPD (Continuing Professional Development) logging
• AI-powered assistant functionality

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to our Service at no cost, subject to usage limits as specified on our pricing page.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Essential and Professional) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

3.5 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Tax and Financial Disclaimer

Important: MedicLIFE provides tools to help you track expenses and generate tax relief claim forms. However:

• We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to HMRC
• We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for complex matters
• Tax rules and regulations may change; it is your responsibility to stay informed
• MedicLIFE is not affiliated with HMRC or any government body

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eletiser Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. MedicLIFE is a trading name of Eletiser Ltd.

8. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eletiser Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
